Where is your next pickup?
What services are available?
We will meet you and your pet at the pickup location, take it the veterinarian to be spayed or neutered and bring it back to the location where we picked it up. There are different pickup and drop-off locations and so please note the day and times for arriving to drop-off or pickup your pet. To avoid disappointment you should make an appointment. We take the people with appointments first and then anyone who shows up without an appointment.
Instructions: 1. Register your pet. You can register and pay online with a credit card or register and pay cash at drop-off. Call 440-282-8335 to register and pay cash. 2. Bring all pets inside the night before surgery. 3. Adult Pets (4 months or older) Take away all food by midnight the day before surgery. 4. Kittens and puppies (less than 4 months) Take away all food and water the day of surgery before 9 AM. All kittens must weigh at least 2 pounds and be 10 weeks old. 5. Bring your pet in a secure carrier with your name on it. We cannot accept your pet unless it is in a carrier. 6. You must pay when you register online or when you drop-off your pet. We accept credit & debit cards online and cash at the drop-off location.
What will happen:
2. When you arrive with your pet, leave it in the carrier in the car. We will have you fill-out the paperwork and will collect the fee unless you paid on the internet. Once we check your paperwork, you will bring your pet to the van. We will put a label on your carrier and load your pet(s) on the van. 3. Once we arrive at the clinic, the staff will prep your pet for surgery. The veterinarian will spay the females, neuter the males. While your pet is asleep we will give any vaccinations or other treatments you requested. Your pet will also receive a small tattoo in the ear and females are also receive a tattoo near the site of the incision. Tattoos protect your pet against receiving unnecessary surgery if it gets lost in the future. 4. The staff will monitor your pet until it is awake. At the appropriate time, cats will receive Ketoprophen, a pain medicine. Dogs will receive Rimadyl which is a pain medicine. 5. Depending on the clinic, sometimes the same day and sometimes the next day, the staff will check your pet over again and release it to go home. The staff will load the pets into the van and return to the drop-off location. 6. You will receive complete instructions and a phone number of where to call if you have any questions or concerns.
